Wayne County 4H Horse and Pony

Welcome to the official website of the Wayne County 4H Horse and Pony Association. Wayne County is located in east central Indiana with it's eastern boundary bordering the State of Ohio. The County seat is the City of Richmond. Wayne County has many other smaller towns and communities including Centerville, Hagerstown, Fountain City, Cambridge City, Milton, and Boston to name just a few.

The Wayne County Horse & Pony program started in the early 1960's with one club, Caballeros. The program has grown to 8 regular clubs (Boots & Saddles, Caballeros, Hoosier Horsemen, Outlaws, Renegades, Rough Riders, Silver Spurs and Wranglers) and 2 specialty clubs (Color Guard and Trail) with a membership of over 160 youth. The program offers classes in Saddle Seat, Hunt Seat, Western, Driving, Contesting, Trail, Reining and Fun & Games as well as a thriving Mini program.
